Our famous grinder sandwiches are here to stay, but we’re also excited to introduce new flavors and expand our offerings, including gluten-free, grab-and-go meals, salads, and more.

Park Ave Deli History
Located in the heart of Keene, New Hampshire, the deli has long been a favorite neighborhood destination, with roots going back decades. It has evolved through various owners, each leaving their mark while preserving its unique charm.
In December 2024, the deli & market was purchased by Chris and Kylah Lent, with a focus on bringing both a fresh perspective and a deep respect for its legacy.
Chris has spent years building a successful career in food sales, gaining deep insight into the industry and a love for connecting with people through great food. With a lifelong dream of owning his own business, he saw Park Ave Deli & Market as the ideal opportunity to turn that dream into reality—combining his professional expertise with a desire to contribute to the local community.
Kylah, an entrepreneur at heart, is the creative force behind Cozzzy Together, a small business that offers handmade scarves, dog bandanas, and other handcrafted items. Her products are proudly displayed in the store, reflecting their commitment to supporting small, local businesses. With her experience running Cozzzy Together, Kylah brings a personal touch and entrepreneurial vision to the market.
